We love what Selena Gomez has to say about mental health.
She shared her thoughts on mental health after checking herself into a facility for 3 months to take part in many different types of therapy, which she said changed her life.
"I wish more people would talk about therapy. We girls, we're taught to be almost too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who's down. We also need to feel allowed to fall apart."
She also said that cutting out social media, or using it sparingly helped her to heal, and we love that advice!
It's important to realize that getting help is OKAY and NORMAL. If you need help, get help. It could just be the best thing you ever do. You deserve to feel loved.
